Standard POF film can be considered for keeping individual books or uniform book sets together before display and distribution. Appearance matters, but so does protection of covers and corners.
Sizing and film selection
Measure the book height, combined pack thickness and cover material. Allow room for the seal: overly narrow film can pull on corners, whereas excess width can cause wrinkles and unnecessary consumption.
Trial and inspection
Set heat and conveyor speed according to the sensitivity of the paper product and equipment instructions. After cooling, inspect the seal, corners and cover for distortion. Test sample packs under intended stacking and transport conditions.
