This notice explains the processing of personal data in connection with contact and quotation requests submitted through the website.

What information is collected?
We process the name, company name, email address, telephone number, product of interest, request type and message you provide in contact and quotation requests. Please do not include personal data unrelated to your request or special-category personal data.
Processing purposes and legal grounds
Your information is used to respond to your request, provide product and technical support, prepare quotations and conduct discussions. Depending on the activity, processing relies on Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698 for entering into or performing a contract, Article 5(2)(e) for establishing, exercising or protecting a right, or Article 5(2)(f) for legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Article 5(2)(ç) applies to statutory obligations.
Collection method
Information is collected electronically or verbally through your emails, telephone calls and, if you choose, WhatsApp messages. The Send button on the quotation form opens your email application, where you can complete sending. Filling in the form alone does not send a message to the company.
Sharing and external services
Information needed to handle your request may be shared, only for that purpose, with communications and IT service providers and, where legally required, competent authorities. Sharing is subject to Article 8 of the Law. When you use external services such as email or WhatsApp, the provider's own data processing terms also apply. Transfers abroad must meet the conditions of Article 9.
Retention
Information is retained for the time necessary to handle your request and for applicable statutory retention periods. When the grounds for processing cease, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about that processing and its purpose, and ask whether it is used for that purpose. You may learn which third parties receive data domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions apply, request erasure or destruction. You may request that recipients be notified of corrections or erasure, object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Submitting a request
You may submit a written request to the address above. You may also use an email address you previously provided to our company and that is recorded in our systems to contact info@biz2miz.com . Your application must include the information required by law to establish your identity and explain your request. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where the process incurs additional costs, the tariff determined by the Board may apply.
