Apply the tape
Cut tape to the appropriate size according to instructions and place it on a clean dry surface. Press as directed without unnecessarily stretching the film.
Final inspection
Check for wrinkles, gaps and lifted edges. Inspect the surrounding film and review the repair at appropriate intervals.
