POF film may be supplied as a flat sheet or centre-folded. The choice depends on product geometry and the machine's feed arrangement; rolls are not automatically interchangeable across machines.
Flat film
Single-wound flat film is used with compatible feed systems. Confirm required width, winding direction and core size against machine information before ordering.
Centre-fold and trial
Centre-folded film can be used on compatible systems where the product is inserted between the folded layers. Clarify how folded width is measured, seal allowance and any venting or perforation needs with the supplier. Test a sample on your own line.
