Sample comparisons are more useful under recorded conditions with the same product. Tunnel temperature alone is not enough.
Common trial plan
Record roll dimensions, seal settings, speed and tunnel conditions for each film. Define sensitive product points and measurement methods.
Decision criteria
Compare product condition, seal integrity, appearance and accepted packs. Arrange further trials with the supplier if necessary.
