Assess carton strength, contents weight and potential reuse for returns. Cross filament tape may be trialled for selected reinforcement needs; it is not automatically required on every order.
Measure the process
Track tape use, packing speed and delivery damage in representative samples. Improve box size and internal protection rather than relying on tape alone.
